
Ross Freeland
Ross Freeland, 41, Evanston, died March 14, 2016. Ross was born on August 5, 1974 to James Ross and Janis (Nothdurft) Freeland in Redwood City, CA. Ross earned a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, and an MS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University. Ross also had a teaching degree, and was a teacher and baseball coach at Evanston Township High School. He is also part owner and Senior Head Counselor at Camp Highlands for Boys.
Ross is survived by his wife Anna; son Eli; parents James and Janis; sister Kelley (Daniel) McCarren; mother-in-law Ruth Brueggeman; siblings-in-law, Abigail Brueggeman, David (Julia) Brueggeman, Arthur (Elizabeth) Brueggeman, Margaret (John) Allen, and Matthew Brueggeman. He is also survived by his nephews Maxwell and Benjamin, and niece Emma.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 17, from 5-8 pm at Wenban Funeral Home, 320 Vine Ave, Lake Forest.
