Frances Jean Vanden Heuvel nee: Manfredini age 84 of Highland Park passed away on March 1, 2016 at Advocate Condell Medical Center, Libertyville, She was born February 15, 1932 in Highland Park, Illinois to the union of Battista Manfredini and Helen Antonioni. She attended Green Bay Road School, Elm Place Jr. High School, Highland Park High School, class of 1950, Northwestern University and Ripon College. She worked for Illinois Bell, Highland Park Public Library, Pasquesi Travel and Insurance and the Illinois State Scholarship Commission. She was a member of The Highland Park Women’s Club and the Immaculate Conception Church, Highland Park where she was a choir member and on the Liturgy Group.
