Lynn E. Schade, 90, of Lake Forest, died November 17, 2016. Lynn was born on December 16, 1925 to Earnest and Mildred Schade, in Glenwood, Iowa.
Lynn had a degree in Engineering from Iowa State University and worked worldwide as an Executive for Link-Belt Manufacturing. He met his wife Gabriella while managing the plant in Milan, Italy. Lynn is survived by his wife Gabriella, son John (Katty) Schade, and his sister Mary Gundlach.
A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Wenban Funeral Home, 320 Vine Ave, Lake Forest, IL.
Services were held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 10 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 700 N Sheridan Rd, Lake Forest, with interment at Lake Forest Cemetery.
